El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en el cruce de Agust\u00edn \u00c1lvarez y Mendoza, en la localidad de Villa Ballester.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan fuentes policiales, el episodio se registr\u00f3 durante una pesquisa. Tras ser embestido, el ni\u00f1o fue trasladado al hospital Belgrano, de la localidad de San Mart\u00edn, pero lleg\u00f3 al nosocomio sin vida a causa de los fuertes golpes.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la familia de la v\u00edctima, el patrullero circulaba a alta velocidad y adem\u00e1s sin las luces encendidas. Tras confirmarse la muerte del ni\u00f1o y las irregularidades citadas por los familiares, se abri\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n y ser\u00e1 llevada adelante por Gendarmer\u00eda Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>La fiscal de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucci\u00f3n (UFI) 4 del Departamento Judicial San Mart\u00edn que interviene en la causa, Ana De Leo, investiga el episodio, cuya car\u00e1tula podr\u00eda ser la de \u00abdelito culposo cometido por negligencia o impericia\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Este caso se suma a otro de caracter\u00edsticas similares ocurrido tambi\u00e9n en Villa Ballester el lunes pasado, cuando un patrullero impact\u00f3 contra un cami\u00f3n, subi\u00f3 a la vereda y choc\u00f3 y mat\u00f3 a una mujer e hiri\u00f3 a una ni\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un nene de 6 a\u00f1os muri\u00f3 este domingo al ser embestido por un patrullero de polic\u00eda.
